Debbie Swift - Director of Business Operations

Debbie Swift comes to Point Click Learn with an extensive business background. Her background includes Computer Programming/Operations and she earned her Computer Specialist certificate in 2005. In addition, Debbie has successfully completed Success Factors Driving Results Through Leadership course in April of 2006. Debbie has held several management positions during her career. She also earned her certificate for completing Success Factors Overview training in April of 2006. She also successfully completed her Writing Advantage class in July 2002.

In March of 2004, Debbie won the Editor’s Choice Award for Outstanding Achievement in Poetry from poetry.com and the International Library of Poetry.

Debbie was recognized by her peers for her hard work and dedication and earned the Employee of the Month award in May of 2005 at Kohl’s.

In February of 2005 Debbie was nominated by her peers at RentWay for her work ethic, community service etc. for the prestigious Bill Morganstern Spirit Award which she was the runner-up recipient. 

Debbie’s responsibilities include being the Learning Lab Manager, PCL Business Trainer, PCL Sales & Marketing Coordinator, PCL Business and PCL Education Liaison & PCL Home & Call-In Coordinator.
