Content Access
The possibility to give access to content for a user who is part of a group in a group category (without any additional field/segment restrictions)
Learning Path Report
You can add more reporting fields to the Learning Path statistics. By clicking on the Menu/Settings/Private/Reporting, you can choose the Profile Fields you would like to be included in it, such as country, free text, URL, etc.
Badge for leaving feedback
You can grant a badge to the users if they leave a number of feedback after completing the lesson. While adding a badge, in the Assignment type, choose Feedback form, and add the number of feedback the user needs to add, to be granted a badge.
Award, Badge, Certification
The platform enables organizations to recognize achievement through digital awards, badges, and certifications that validate skills, knowledge, and performance milestones. These recognition tools motivate learners, reinforce progression within learning paths, and create visible proof of expertise—strengthening engagement while supporting career development and brand excellence.
Webinar record statistics
You can now view the statistics about the users who watched or started watching some video which is uploaded to the Webinar. On the Webinars section on Admin, click on the Webinar, then click on the Statistics/Recording. Under the list, you will see the users who started watching and their progress. The list can also be downloaded.
AI image generation
You can now add AI image generation to your LMS. To enable it, click on Settings/Private/Artificial Intelligence in the menu. Once on the page, simply enable AI Image generation, given by DALL-E or Ideogram
Direct/Personal notifications
You can now add AI image generation to your LMS. To With this feature, you can send a notification directly to a single or more users at the same time. While on the User Page, mark the user, click on the "Bell" icon on the right, add your notification text, and send it. it, click on Settings/Private/Artificial Intelligence in the menu. Once on the page, simply enable AI Image generation, given by DALL-E or Ideogram
Hybrid Adaptive Learning
Hybrid Adaptive Learning combines blended learning formats (digital modules, live sessions, coaching, in-store practice) with adaptive technology that personalizes the learning journey based on performance, role, and engagement.
Learners Calendar:
This feature will help you better organize your content and user access to it. By default, the Calendar is disabled. To enable it, in the Menu, click on the Settings/Branding/Learner's Calendar, and in the Dropdown, choose Visible in Menu.

Mobile push notifications
Mobile push notifications allow you to instantly reach learners on their smartphones with timely updates, reminders, and learning prompts—directly within their daily workflow. This ensures higher visibility, faster engagement, and stronger completion rates by delivering the right message at the right moment.
In-person events
The platform allows you to create and manage in-person training events, track participants, and record attendance outcomes such as attended, passed, or failed. Administrators can also add registrants directly as participants without requiring user action, ensuring seamless coordination and accurate reporting of blended learning initiatives.
Richer reporting and export controls
The platform offers enhanced reporting capabilities, providing detailed content analytics such as completion and access states, time spent, quiz performance (average results, number of attempts), and deeper user-level insights—including learning path completion counts, legal document tracking, and selective content progress. Group reporting is also expanded, with completion metrics, enriched group metadata exports, category breakdown reports (groups, users, certified counts), and full audit tracking of library file interactions (downloads and previews).
Export SCORM
Now, you can easily export the Lesson as a SCORM in any language available. By clicking on the Export as SCORM button in the Lessons, you will be asked in what language you would like to export the package. You can choose one, or all of them. Once the users start the SCORM package, they will be asked to choose the preferred language of the package itself.
AI Reader
The AI Reader supports learners by transforming written content into accessible, easy-to-consume audio, helping teams engage with training in different formats and learning styles. This feature improves inclusivity, supports multitasking on the shop floor, and ensures key information remains accessible anytime, anywhere.
Carousel
You can now add a new widget called Carousel. While creating a slide, in the left sidebar, choose Carousel, and when it appears, you can add the image to one, or to all slides, add more slides, add text, and a BG image or a video. You can also change the layout, from horizontal to vertical.
Complaince LMS with WCAG
The platform is designed to meet WCAG accessibility standards, ensuring inclusive learning experiences for all users, including those with visual, auditory, or motor impairments. By supporting accessibility best practices—such as screen reader compatibility, keyboard navigation, contrast control, and alternative text—it enables organizations to deliver compliant, equitable, and globally responsible training programs.
Social Learning
The platform integrates social learning features directly into the learning experience, allowing learners and managers to exchange chat messages, audio notes, and video responses alongside course content. Proofreader Role
With this new role, you will be able to give the possibility to the user, to be able only to do proofreading, that is, to check the translation on the content, but also to change it. This user cannot edit or add any content. After creating a user, simply choose the Proofreader under the Group and Role tab.
landing pages for different Groups
This will give the possibility to set the different landing pages for the different groups. To do it, in the Menu, click on the Settings/Branding/Landing Pages. There, you can create fields for different groups. Once created, simply choose the Landing page and the Users Group.
Roles and Permissions
We have changed the logic of the Roles and Permissions on the LMS. Right now, while creating a user, there are several Roles, such as: Learner, Viewer, Content Manager, User Manager, General Manager, and Admin.

Event attendance
by QR code
The QR code attendance feature allows participants to register and check in instantly at in-person events by simply scanning a code, with automatic status updates handled by the system. This streamlines event management, ensures accurate attendance tracking, and reduces manual administrative work for training teams.
Learner calendar
The Learner Calendar centralizes all upcoming training activities—such as webinars, learning path milestones, and blended learning sessions—through automatically generated events. With integrated “add to calendar” options, learners can seamlessly sync sessions to their personal calendars, improving visibility, attendance, and engagement.
PDF Export
From now on, it is possible, when downloading the Lesson as a PDF, to extract and see all details of the Hotspots, Carouse and Flashcard widgets.
Poll/Survey
You can add a Poll quiz directly to the Events. So, after the event is finished, and the user participated in it, can take a Poll and add their opinion on the subject, etc. While creating an event, click on the Features and add it from the Post-event Poll dropdown.
Video Based Learning
The Video-Based Learning suite transforms video into a powerful performance tool through video assessments, embedded quiz questions, interactive decision points, and rich video hotspots. This approach moves beyond passive viewing, enabling learners to engage actively, demonstrate real-world application, and reinforce product knowledge and selling techniques in a dynamic, measurable way.
Blended Learning
The platform supports a complete blended learning approach by seamlessly combining digital modules, live webinars, in-person sessions, coaching moments, and on-the-job assessments within a single ecosystem. This integrated structure enables organizations to design structured learning journeys that connect online training with real-world application, ensuring stronger engagement, reinforcement, and measurable performance outcomes.
Coupon codes
you can create the Coupon codes that will be granted upon getting the achievement. Users can use the Coupons as a discount, for example, if they have achieved a badge. To add a coupon, click on the Achievements page, and click the Coupons tab. There, click on Add Coupon, type in the Title and Description.
In-Person events
You can now add users to an In-Person event. By clicking on the Event, click on the statistics, and click on Add Participant. Choose any from the list, and they will be added under, in the Attendance Overview section. Also, after the In-Person event is finished, similar to what we have on the Offline Activity Quizzes, if they are In-Person, you will be able to set a status of a user, Attended, not Attended, Passed, or Failed. By default, the status is Waiting to be reviewed.
Video subtitles
Right now, if you have a video with the subtitles uploaded, you don't need to switch the language from the video itself. Simply change the language in the LMS and the video subtitles will show, if uploaded
Save/Autosave/Mobile preview
You can Autosave and Preview the slide on mobile. To do that, in the Menu, click on Settings/Lessons and Quizzes/Slide Builder. There, you have two toggles.
Share certificates on LinkedIn
From now on, you can share the Certificates directly to the LinkedIn. By default, this possibility is off. To enable it, click on the Settings/Lessons & Quizzes/Certification in the Menu and simply allow it in the Share Certificates toggle.
